Profitrainingwith Ayberk Esen
The training starts with a dynamic warm-up that travels through the space including variations of complex & simple exercises, steps and floor work. The class develops into improvisational material: individually, with a partner and as a group, and rounds up in phrases that play with speed, musicality, levels and dynamic.
