Ido Grinberg’s class offers a dynamic exploration of movement through improvisation, phrases, and compositional tools, while drawing inspiration from ballroom and Latin dances in a playful way. The training moves between movement research, technical practice, and games that foster creativity, individual expression, musicality, spatial awareness, and connection with others.

In collaboration with Ayberk Esen, ehrenfeldstudios invites you to a professional training class in contemporary dance. Classes are led by a rotating team of regional and international instructors, bringing together diverse artistic perspectives, training methods, and movement approaches. The program is designed for dance students and professional dancers and provides a space for ongoing practice and artistic development.
