ABOUT THE ARTIST
Daniela Riebesam studied contemporary dance at the Folkwang University of the Arts and dance studies at the Cologne University of Music and Dance. Her artistical focus is on “New Materialism” and intersectional queer-feminist themes. Developed there into her work in the independent dance scene, where she is active as a dancer, audio describer, and dramaturg. In 2024, she collaborated with Thusnelda Marín Jungmann for the first time, which led to the founding of the collective Jungmann & Riebesam. Since 2026, she has also been part of the team at ehrenfeldstudios.
